Winn-Dixie Names Robert Baxley Jacksonville Division Manager
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. has appointed W. Robert Baxley as Jacksonville division manager. Baxley was previously vice president of deli/bakery merchandising for the company.
"We are pleased to have Bob join our division management team," said John R. Sheehan, senior vice president of operations. "He has over 20 years' experience in merchandising, procurement and operations and a proven record of success that will help us build our business."
Baxley was vice president of deli/bakery and manufacturing for Smith's Food and Drug Centers before joining Winn-Dixie. Prior to that he was director of deli/food service marketing and procurement for H.E. Butt Grocery Company. He also spent 13 years with Albertson's.
Winn-Dixie's Jacksonville Division operates 134 stores in North Florida and South Georgia.
