Winn-Dixie to Give Away a Bag of Cash Per Day in New Holiday Promo
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Winn-Dixie Stores here plans to give away a bag of cash to lucky loyalty card members this holiday season in a new promotion that begins today and runs through Dec. 23.
Each day during the promotion, the grocer will announce a $10,000 prize as part of its "Better Holidays Daily Cash Giveaway." On Dec. 24 Winn-Dixie will announce the grand prize winner for the $50,000.
"What could be better than to go into the store to do some holiday shopping and come out with $10,000 or $50,000?" said Terry Derreberry, Winn-Dixie director of communications and neighborhood marketing. "The Winn-Dixie Reward Card is designed to reward our loyal customers every time they buy groceries. This year we will be giving a bag full of cash, for a holiday to remember."
The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents 18 or older living in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Winning Customer Reward Card numbers will be posted in all Winn-Dixie stores each day, as well as on the supermarket's Web site.
