Wilson Farms Names Customer Marketing Insights Manager
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms, Inc., here has appointed Bruce Kloc customer marketing insights manager, a newly created position. The appointment comes during a growth period for the convenience store and gas station chain.
As customer marketing insights manager, Kloc conducts all components of marketing research to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer service. He's additionally responsible for helping with marketing, merchandising, and associate development and training activities at the company.

Kloc has more than 30 years of progressive domestic and international experience in marketing, research, and training. His background includes 17 years at Tops Markets, Inc., where he served in such high-level positions as global coordinator of Ahold networking, director of training and development, and director of marketing research.
His most recent position at Tops was implementing Ahold networking processes domestically and internationally. Kloc built and facilitated teams to develop, exchange and implement best practices.
Before coming to Wilson Farms, Kloc was customer advocacy manager at First Niagara Financial Group in Buffalo, N.Y. In this capacity, he was responsible for the measurement of internal and external customer satisfaction. He also provided training to managers at all levels regarding how best to employ results and enhance service between internal departments in addition to external customers.
Wilson Farms currently operates 198 convenience store and gas station locations across New York state, offering farm-fresh produce, convenient meal solutions, freshly made sandwiches, gourmet coffee and a wide selection of other beverages, and an intensive line of grocery, frozen, and dairy products.
