Brooklyn-based Acme Smoked Fish Corp., in partnership with Crepini, a premier producer of crepes in the United States, has launched its latest product innovation: Wild Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese Crepes. The new product combines Acme’s signature Smoked Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon with cream cheese and all-natural ingredients in a classic and delicate pancake shell. Each 11-ounce tray, available for retail and food service, includes five substantial crepes that are ready to serve or eat either cold or heated.
