Wells' Dairy Opens New Corporate Center
LE MARS, Iowa - Wells' Dairy, Inc., makers of Blue Bunny ice cream, yogurt and frozen treats, conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday to celebrate the opening of its new corporate center in Le Mars, Iowa.
Gary Wells, c.e.o., said it was "quite fitting" to be conducting the ribbon cutting in mid-October, since on Oct. 24, 1913, Fred H. Wells, Jr., his grandfather, signed a contract to start a milk business in Le Mars. "I'm sure Fred would be extremely proud of where Wells' Dairy is today," Wells said.
