Walgreens Co. reportedly signed a lease in August for 500,000 square feet of warehouse space in south Orlando, that is expected to become a new distribution center for the Deerfield, Ill.-based drug chain.
The multi-year lease deal, reported to be 10 years, for the new warehouse in Liberty Park at Airport Industrial Park of Orlando is one of the largest leases signed in that submarket in the third quarter, according to a report in the Orlando Business Journal.
