Triversity, MacLaren Group Partner to Provide Client Training
Triversity Inc., a software provider delivering multi-channel, customer-centric solutions for the retail industry, announced a partnership with The MacLaren Group, a provider of customized learning solutions that meet the specific business needs of retail clients, and can be delivered via workshops or state-of-the-art Web-based training. Under the terms of the partnership, The MacLaren Group will handle all direct client training on behalf of Triversity.
Throughout their longstanding relationship, The MacLaren Group has developed Triversity's certification programs, support curriculum and implemention curriculum. The MacLaren Group will now focus on expanding core curriculum across the entire Triversity product suite including Transactionware, Transnet, Allegiance, FraudWatch and Virtual Store.
