Ton Savon Donates to Families Fighting Breast Cancer

Ton Savon, the Provence, France-based manufacturer of private label bath and beauty products, will partner with The Breast Cancer Society (TBCS) throughout October to donate certified organic soaps to the society’s Hope Supply program.

Ton Savon will make a donation for every purchase of a Savon et Cie gift set – Wild Rose and Acai Berry soaps adorned with pink labels and a ribbon.

“Specializing in products free of SLS, BHT, parabens and phthalates, our philosophy and pure ingredients were a perfect match for this cause and anyone choosing to lead a healthy lifestyle,” said Dana DeVorzon, co-owner of Ton Savon. "The fight against breast cancer has touched almost everyone and it has significantly impacted my family and too many others."

The Hope Supply program provides daily household items such as bedding, hygiene products, personal care items and clothing to families affected by breast cancer.

Kristina Hixson, director of operations for the Mesa, Ariz.-based TBCS, believes that such donations not only lessen the financial burden for affected families, but they offer a sense of emotional encouragement as well. “Please know that Ton Savon has offered more than goods and supplies for the patients we serve,” she said. “In immeasurable ways, they have offered them hope!”

As France’s only NOP Certified manufacturer, Ton Savon believes in taking care of the environment and society by setting an example in the health and beauty industry. The company has donated close to $100,000 in organic soap products to charitable organizations.
