Gourmet cooking is easier than ever with the introduction of Culinary Tonight, a line of premeasured spice and meal solution kits from Gonzales, Texas-based Adams Flavors, Foods & Ingredients. The kits provide all of the necessary seasonings to prepare a restaurant-style entrée and side dish, accompanied by simple cooking instructions. Due to arrive in most Texas retailers by midsummer, the line currently consists of Grilled Steak with Mushrooms in a Red Port Wine Reduction, Sweet & Smoky Salmon with Truffled Asparagus, Tuscan Chicken with Mushroom Marsala, Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops with Herbes de Provence Roasted Potatoes, Kicked-Up Chicken with Sticky Corn, and Southwest Tacos with Ahuaca-Mulli Guacamole, with more varieties to slated to follow next year.
