MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- David E. Pylipow, e.v.p./human resources for Supervalu Inc. here, exercised options for 10,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filing this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Pylipow reported exercising the options Monday for $29.18 a piece and selling 7,777 shares on the same day for $44.52 to $44.55 a piece.
