Stinebaugh to Lead Bag ‘N Save

Louis Stinebaugh has been named president and CEO of Bag ‘N Save Supermarkets.

“We are delighted to have someone of Louis’s caliber join the Bag ‘N Save team,” said Leon Shrago, owner and chairman. “We look forward to his Leadership and contributions to our growth strategy and providing value to our customers.”

Stinebaugh most recently served as division manager in Omaha for Minneapolis-based Nash Finch Co. Stinebaugh also held various leadership positions with Baker’s Supermarkets in Omaha, Neb., from 1987 to 1999. He later held the positions of VP of merchandising and division president with Fleming Cos. and served as president and COO at Fresh Brands Distributing in Sheboygan, Wis.

“Louis has a distinguished track record of providing outstanding customer service and we believe he is the right individual to lead this organization into the future.” Shrago said.

Nebraska-based Bag ‘N Save Supermarkets operates 11 locations in the greater Omaha metropolitan area and one store in York, Neb.
