Stater Bros. To implement Shrink TRAX, DM2 Data Mining

Colton, California -- Stater Bros. Yesterday announced it will implement TRAX Software & Consulting's Shrink TRAX and DM2 Data Mining software applications.

TRAX SmartStore profit building solutions contracted by Stater Bros. include:

Shrink TRAX analyzes data points throughout the retail store, arming store managers with immediate analyses of their shrink-sensitive areas and productivity opportunities as well as recommended corrective action plans in plain-English text.

DM2 Data Mining for enterprise analysis of loss prevention and sales data, it applies exclusive intuitive analytics to pinpoint problematic data trends that might otherwise go undetected.

TRAX SmartStore is a process-based solution that is designed to provide Stater Bros. expert control of potential store operational inefficiencies including inventory shrink, employee productivity and store operations compliance. The process is intended to make Stater Bros. employees part of the solution by building a culture of shrink awareness and accountability. The TRAX staff of experienced trainers will work with Stater Bros. store managers on how to identify and manage the behaviors that prevent shrink and other store inefficiencies from happening in the first place.
