Stater Bros. Completes Remodel of Menifee Store
COLTON, Calif. - Regional independent Stater Bros. Markets last week remodeled and expanded its full service supermarket in Menifee, Calif., in an effort to offer a greater variety of products and services.
The newly made-over store, which remained open during the remodel, will have a 4-week grand re-opening celebration that will begin February 7.
"The newly remodeled Stater Bros. supermarket will better serve the growing Menifee and Sun City communities," said Jack H. Brown, Stater Bros. chairman and c.e.o.
Stater Bros. has been serving the Menifee/Sun City area since 1979, and also operates a supermarket in nearby Sun City.
Every department in the newly remodeled store has been expanded to offer more products and services. New interior lighting, flooring, and design elements were added to highlights the expanded offerings. New enhancements include:
- Full-service meat department offering a selection of U.S.D.A. Select meat, Harris Ranch Premium all-natural U.S.D.A. Choice Black Angus beef, and U.S.D.A. prime beef upon request
- A new seafood department
- Expanded hot service deli offering a selection of salads, premium deli meats, a large selection of domestic and imported cheeses, party trays, hot takeout lunches and dinners, and fried chicken
- A new full service "Sandwich Classics" department with fountain drinks and express checkout
- Expanded hot bakery department featuring artisan breads baked fresh daily, cookies, rolls, desserts, and custom-made cakes for all occasions, including picture cakes
Stater Bros. operates 162 Supermarkets, and employs more than 18,000 associates. Its 2006 sales were $3.5 billion.
