Ghirardelli Chocolate Company’s Professional Products Division has introduced a new Vanilla Premium Powder Base, for vanilla smoothies, frappes and milkshakes.
The new offering is inspired by slow-churned premium vanilla ice cream, and is crafted with real Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, which offers a sweet, creamy, mellow flavor with velvety after-tones and enticing aroma.
"By selecting the very best vanilla flavor, our product development team has developed an exceptionally smooth and consistent base for smoothies, frappés or even milk shakes, which will allow our customers to add fruit or other ingredients and create delicious offerings for their consumers," said Chris Eklem, VP of Ghirardelli Professional Products.
