SimonDelivers Appoints Two V.P.s
MINNEAPOLIS -- Twin Cities online grocer SimonDelivers, Inc., promoted Steve Lauder to v.p. of customer relationships and Chris Servais to v.p. of operations.
Lauder, a graduate of Moorehead State University, has been a team member of SimonDelivers since June 2000, and has extensive experience in the food and online drug store industries.
During the past five years, Lauder has been part of the management team primarily focusing on the purchasing of all non-perishable items. In this new role, he’ll lead the company's efforts on customer engagement, retention, and research.
Servais, an industrial engineer and graduate of North Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, has led the operational and logistical efforts of SimonDelivers since he joined in March 2000. In his new role, he’ll continue to focus on driving operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
