Shop ‘n Save Spearheads Grocery Giveaway

Pennsylvania-based Shop ‘n Save has partnered with radio station WISH 99.7 FM to award a listener with a year’s supply of groceries during the 2011 Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show.

Show attendees can register at the “Dream Kitchen” to qualify for the grocery giveaway, valued at $1,200. The winner will be announced on the air during the week of March 14.

Shop ‘n Save also will be demonstrating its online cookbook that celebrates local heritage and flavors, Our Kitchen Stories . Visitors can learn more about the new, innovative online community that explores the rich culinary heritage of our region and allows users to share their favorite family recipes and traditions. Visitors will be able to register for the site and receive a free bottle of olive oil.

The Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show runs through March 13 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh.

There are more than 70 independently owned and operated Shop ‘n Save stores in western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and West Virginia.
