Schnucks-Logli Launch eScrip Card

ST. LOUIS, - Schnuck Markets, Inc. here has launched a new Schnucks-Logli eScrip Community Card in the Rockford, Ill. and Janesville, Wis., area.

Larry Maggio, Schnuck Markets director of marketing, said each cardholder can earn funds for his or her favorite organizations during their routine trip to the grocery store. "The meter starts and ends each month," said Maggio. "Our customers earn one percent for the first $300 in sales, two percent on the next $301-$600 and three percent on sales between $601-$999."

Participating customers will present the eScrip Community Card at the checkout, and Logli will give a percentage of the total grocery bill to the consumer's designated non-profit school, church or youth organization, the chain said.

The Schnucks-Logli eScrip Community Card is open to any non-profit organization and is not just for schools. "Logli is a strong community partner," said Maggio, noting: "We're doing this to thank our customers for their loyalty and patronage."

Schnuck Markets, Inc. operates 101 stores (including five Logli stores) and 98 pharmacies in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Mississippi.
