Rockview Farms Organic Milk

Downey, Calif.-based Rockview Farms is rebranding its Organic Milk to Rockview Farms Organic Milk. Unlike most other organic brands, Rockview doesn’t use ultra-high temperature (UHT) pasteurization to extend shelf life, preferring instead to minimally process its milk at a lower temperature that ensures maximum nutrition and fresh taste. It is also homogenized at a lower pressure which results in a creamier texture. The milk is also certified by the USDA and Quality Assurance International. Rockview Farms Organic Milk is available in whole, reduced fat, low fat and fat free varieties for an SRP of $3.99.
