Each hands-on class will cost $10. The topics for the first four classes and meals prepared will be:

—BBQ Chicken Dinner: BBQ chicken, homemade cole slaw, grilled corn on the cob, and herb-crusted potatoes
Ice Cream Shoppe: Kids will see how ice cream is made and learn how to make different toppings and ice cream cones
—Backyard Cookout: Stuffed hamburgers, potato salad, macaroni salad and a summer dessert
—Seafood Feast: Crab cakes, grilled shrimp, and baked stuffed lobster

The class topics for August will be posted in mid-July on the Ring Bros. Marketplace Web site.
