Revionics Appoints Steve Leven as New SVP of Customer Operations
Revionics, Inc., a Roseville, Calif.-based provider of retail life cycle price optimization solutions, has hired Steven Leven as SVP of customer operations.
Reporting to president and CEO Marc Hafner, Leven will be responsible for ensuring retailers enjoy the full performance benefits of Revionics' life cycle price optimization solutions. He will set the direction for customer-focused services including implementation, customer training and partner enablement, as well as pricing and analytic services.
"Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated his commitment to helping customers maximize their return on investment from enterprise software solutions," said Hafner. "He brings the expertise and business savvy that will complement the Revionics' executive team, and help to scale the business and meet customer needs."
Leven brings over 25 years of experience delivering value-driven analytical software solutions to global clients. He has managed large customer programs to clients including Walmart, JCPenney, Gap, Lowes and numerous international retailers. Most recently, Steve was SVP of sales and account development for the Fortune 500 clients of M-Factor (acquired by DemandTec), a leader in advanced planning and optimization software. Leven was also the VP, professional services for Infor's Workbrain consulting business unit, where he managed a delivery team of more than 200 consultants serving the largest retailers and manufacturers.
Leven began his career in the analytical software market as VP of customer management at ProfitLogic. When ProfitLogic was sold to Oracle, he spent three years as VP for Oracle Retail's America's consulting team managing a $70 million business portfolio. Leven also served as a management consultant at A. T. Kearney, where he focused on demand chain planning and program management.
The Revionics technology leverages an integrated forecast to enable a coherent view of customer demand across all decision areas.
