NEW YORK - Grocery chain Penn Traffic Co. is asking the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in White Plains for an additional three months to file its reorganization plan, according to a report on TheDeal.com.
The request, which is expected to be heard tomorrow, would allow Syracuse, N.Y.-based Penn Traffic until July 28 to file its plan unopposed.
