Recall InfoLink Launches Recall Tracking and Reporting Solution
Recall InfoLink has launched a recall management system it developed to improve product safety throughout the supply chain and protect the safety of consumers by providing standardized messages, automated communications, inventory tracking, and reports to help retailers with their compliance efforts.
“Without a current, real-time avenue for recall communication, the consumer suffers,” said Roger Hancock, CEO of Boise, Idaho-based Recall InfoLink. “Recall InfoLink gives manufacturers, distributors and all points of sale the ability to ensure quality in the brands they sell.”
The system is consistent with the FDA’s food protection plan, is aligned with other government and trade efforts to use technology to speed the transfer of information, and is designed to manage comprehensive recall processes throughout the supply chain.
