QRS Corporation Appoints New CEO
RICHMOND, Calif. - QRS Corporation, provider of global sourcing and supply chain management solutions for the retail industry, announced on Monday the appointment of Elizabeth (Liz) Fetter as president and CEO. Fetter replaces John Simon, who will remain with the company as executive vice president of Strategy and Business Development and will continue to serve as a member of the Board. Fetter's appointment is effective immediately.
Fetter has more than 20 years of senior management experience, including a decade of leading strategy development and plan execution at top information services and telecommunications companies, most recently as president and CEO of NorthPoint Communications. Prior to that, as a consultant, Fetter advised retail and consumer goods companies on global initiatives.
