Puriva Shelf-stable Protein Yogurt

Protica Nutritional Research, manufacturer of ready-to-drink and ready-to-eat protein products, is launching a new line of shelf-stable protein yogurts under the Puriva brand name. Puriva shelf-stable protein yogurt is available in two formulas -- 15 grams of protein in a rich and creamy 6-ounce serving ($2.29) and 5 grams of protein naturally sweetened in a 4-ounce cup ($1.29). The product will also be available in a 3-pack for a suggested $6.29. As the nation’s first shelf-stable, protein-rich yogurt, Puriva boasts a 24-month non-refrigerated shelf-life.
