FINDLAY, Ohio - Publix, Kroger, and Safeway were among the companies earning the highest marks in a quarterly customer service survey conducted by Corporate Research International based here.
Other companies earning high marks in their categories this quarter by RealPeopleRatings.com -- Corporate Research's quarterly customer service survey that illustrates the importance of brand image and customer perception -- include Staples, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods Subway, Texas Roadhouse, Cici_s Pizza, Marriott, Southwest Airlines, BP, Stride Rite, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, and RadioShack.

Respondents were asked to rate their perception of each business's customer
service on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest rating. If a respondent did not have experience with the business, the panelist did not enter a score for that establishment.
