Pro’s Ranch Markets to Expand in El Paso

Pro’s Ranch Markets plans to open a new store at a site formerly occupied by a Mervyn’s store in the Yarborough Plaza Shopping Center in El Paso, Texas.

This will be Pro’s second store in the El Paso area. “We are expanding our presence in the El Paso region,” said Michael Provenzano, III, Pro’s Ranch Markets VP and CFO. “We welcome the customers of the Ranch Markets team to our family and look forward to working with new employees in broadening our efforts to be good neighbors and the best grocer in town.”

Pro’s Ranch Markets continues to own eight other locations in the Southwest, with stores in Arizona, Texas and New Mexico, as well as two additional stores currently under construction. “The people of El Paso and the related communities initially welcomed us with open arms when we opened our Store at Loop 202 and Zaragoza, and we look forward to extending our partnership and contribution to our customers and community with the addition of yet another store,” said Mike Provenzano Sr., Pro’s Ranch Markets president and CEO.

Leo M. Scott acted as exclusive listing broker on the lease transaction for Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc., the landlord. Raymond Floyd acted as leasing agent for Pro’s Ranch Markets.
