Price Chopper Taps Director of Talent Acquisition
Price Chopper Supermarkets/Golub Corp. has hired Paul White to the position of director of talent acquisition. White reports directly to Paul Rollins, VP of talent management.
In this new position, White will determine the strategic direction of recruiting initiatives and oversee the daily operations of the recruiting department for the northeast regional chain.
Before joining the grocer, White, who is relocating from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., held positions at Office Depot and Cingular Wireless, in addition to working as a consultant in talent acquisition.
Schenectady, N.Y.-based Golub owns and operates 119 Price Chopper stores in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The family-owned company employs more than 23,000 associates who collectively own 55 percent of its privately held stock.
