Price Chopper Hires Leo Taylor as HR SVP

Golub Corp./Price Chopper Supermarkets has hired Leo Taylor as its SVP of human resources, reporting to EVP/COO Scott Grimmett.

In his new role, Taylor oversees teammate relations, talent management, training, human resources information systems, compensation, benefits and communication for the 134-store chain.

He comes to Price Chopper with more than 25 years of experience at TopBuildingJobs.com, Pulte Homes, Aetna and Frito-Lay. His most recent position was as COO at Duluth, Ga.-based Dunkin' Donuts National DCP, the exclusive purchasing, distribution and supply chain provider for Dunkin' Brands Inc. 

Based in Schenectady, N.Y., the Golub Corp. owns and operates 134 Price Chopper grocery stores in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The family-owned company employs more than 22,000 associates who collectively own 52 percent of the company's privately held stock.
