Classic Foods, the San Francisco-based maker of Kettle Classics potato chips, has now debuted Poptillas, light, crispy tortilla chips that are popped, not fried, so they contain up to 25 percent less fat than that of competing brands. Featuring a unique texture and made with whole grains, the all-natural snack comes in lightly salted Yellow Corn, slightly spiced Nacho Cheese and zesty Salsa Verde varieties.
