Piggly Wiggly Extends Greenbax Promo through April
Piggly Wiggly said last week that its well-received “Coupons for Greenbax” program would continue through April 27. During the month, Piggly Wiggly shoppers who use coupons will get one Greenbax reward point for each coupon redeemed. As many as 10 manufacturers’ coupons may be redeemed for 10 Greenbax per store visit.
Since the promotion bowed in February, issuance of Greenbax rewards has nearly doubled vs. the number issued in the two months prior, according to the Charleston, S.C.-based company.
Greenbax Rewards, which began almost 60 years ago as a trading stamp program, offers a range of redemption options and earning opportunities. Greenbax are saved electronically on customers’ Pig Cards and can be redeemed for free tickets, free food, free gift cards, free gas and other items each time they shop at Piggly Wiggly and selected partner merchants.
