Robot Coupe's CL 60 Complete Vegetable Preparation Workstation is designed to offer solutions to serve more fruit and vegetables and for a greater user comfort. This model, invented for volume processing and high cut quality, is a complete workstation with grocery applications though developed primarily for school canteens, company cafeterias and health care institutions.
Streamlining Fruit and Veggie Prep
The CL 60's 16 cutting discs can handle all manner of fruits and vegetables, in a array of formats and thicknesses. Equipped with a stainless-steel motor base, it has been designed for intensive production and promises an outstanding cut quality and a theoretical output of 3,970 pounds of cut produce per hour with continuous feeding. Three feed heads allow the user to process all kinds of fruit and vegetables in large quantities. The automatic feed head is suitable for mixed vegetables, such as tomatoes slices, grated carrots or dicing of potatoes; the pusher feed head, with extra-large hopper, allows processing of bulky vegetables, such as celery and cabbage; and the 4-tubes feed head is designed for long or fragile fruit and vegetables. Further, the work station is equipped with a potato ricer that can make up to 20 pounds of fresh mashed potatoes in two minutes.
The CL 60's power-assisted lever, together with the low position of the handle, reduces user effort. The operator can load the feed tube with the left hand while at activating the lever with the right hand. For further comfort, the position of the adjustable handle varies according to the height of each operator. Its wheels and handle make the machine easy to move. All parts in food contact can easily be removed, thus simplifying cleaning.
Available with the CL 60 is Robot Coupe's Ergo Mobile cart with three full-size gastronorm pans set on two levels for receiving vegetables and continuous ejection. With the CL 60's rotating system, a full pan can be easily replaced by an empty one.
