Perishables Group Grows Programs, Staff
CHICAGO -- The Perishables Group here promoted two staff members and added two more.
Sherry Frey, formerly senior account director, has been appointed to v.p. and now directs the account teams in the Midwest and Eastern United States. Frey also manages the Perishables Group's strategic alliances.
Kari Volyn, formerly director of marketing, became v.p. of marketing services, while Jammie Kokesh, newly named director of retail programs, will now lead category management programs for seven retailers across the United States. Additionally, Jonna Parker was named senior account manager, responsible for managing national accounts and directing staff training.

In the past three months, the Perishables Group has added eight new resources to its key areas of business, including account management, retail programs, data services, and marketing services. With over 40 employees in eight states, the company is the industry leader in fresh food category management tools and applications.
