Reser’s Fine Foods has begun begin shipping improved versions of four best-selling protein-based deli salads sold as part of the Beaverton, Ore.-based company’s American Classics product line. The All White Meat Chicken Salad now includes more shredded breast meat; the Tuna Salad features a higher-quality cold-water tuna species that’s also dolphin-safe; the Seafood Salad offers an increased amount of krab, the signature ingredient in many seafood items available in the service deli case; and the Ham Salad now offers a light, smoky flavor while containing more ham and less sodium.
