PBH Launches More Matters with GPS Contest Giveaway
WILMINGTON, Del. -- In conjunction with the industry launch of its new rallying cry, "More Matters," the Produce for Better Health Foundation (PBH) here will host a photography contest for the trade that will award one grand prizewinner with a global positioning system (GPS).
With a full consumer brand launch planned for March 2007, PBH's "Going Places" contest officially kicks off at the Produce Marketing Association's Fresh Summit in San Diego, Oct. 20 to Oct. 24. Information desks at the event will be stocked with new "Fruits & Veggies -- More Matters" buttons. (Story continues below.)
PBH is encouraging Fresh Summit showgoers to "grab a button, pin it on, and wear it everywhere you go." From there, PBH urges button boosters to take a photo, which can then be mailed to PBH for consideration in the prize drawing.
Entries will be judged on the button's visibility in the photo, creativity, and uniqueness of location, and must be received at PBH no later than January 31, 2007.
