In this leadership role, he will be the information conduit regarding industry resources, state-level legislation and policy trends. He will also be responsible for developing and communicating policies on behalf of FMI.

In that role, he organized public affairs campaigns, facilitated share groups of FMI’s regional supermarket operators and helped clients promote their services to the supermarket industry.
Prior to founding Alliance Consulting, Davis worked as president of FMI’s North American Perishable Agricultural Receivers (NAPAR) group where he provided key information to US congressional offices and federal agencies on issues pertaining to the wholesale distribution of fresh produce. Davis’ experience in FMI spanned 20 years, where he also held key leadership roles, including director, eastern operations, responsible for implementing strategic initiative programs and managing recruitment and retention of FMI members.
Before joining FMI, Davis spent six years working in government relations positions at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and Safeway Stores, Inc.
