Pamida to Discuss Price Optimization Strategies at Retail Technology Conference

Pamida, a general merchandise, apparel, and grocery chain operating 200 locations in 17 states, will discuss its price optimization strategies during the upcoming Retail Technology Conference to be held April 13-15 at the Ritz-Carlton at Orlando at Grand Lakes, Fla.

Mark Kelso, director of pricing for Pamida, will present how the company leverages Roseville, Calif.-based Revionics’ Price Optimization solutions to project and maintain its desired brand and price image to their customers. Balancing the need to maintain profits while costs increase and competition grows, Pamida has uses the scenario planning capabilities in Revionics to fine-tune category strategies to achieve its corporate goals.
