Onion Joy

Following the success of its Kale Joy product launch, Portland, Ore.-based Freshly Wild Super Foods has added Onion Joy to its healthy snack line. Available in three flavors – Original, Herb Garden and Mesquite BBQ – Onion Joy is made from fresh onion slices tossed with spices, herbs, juices, nuts and seeds. Free of trans fats and GMOs, the product is dehydrated to preserve nutrients and sealed in three-ply, resealable packages to preserve freshness while excluding moisture. Each 1.85-ounce package has a suggested retail price of $4.99.
