Tuggle said Ocean Mist Farms conducted a survey in 2006 that showed 70 percent of the people surveyed said they are most likely to look for recipes when they search the Web for the word "artichokes." A high percentage of survey respondents also said they went online to find preparation or cooking information as well as health and nutrition information.
