MobileLime/Cuesol Rebranded to Modiv Media

BOSTON - Mobile device marketing solution provider MobileLime, and in-store media provider Cuesol, recently bought by MobileLime, yesterday were rebranded Modiv Media to better reflect the combined offerings developed to deliver targeted and relevant marketing to shoppers at their moment of decision, both in and away from the store.

"We're about providing consumers with a more convenient and relevant shopping experience Robert Wesley, president and c.e.o. of Modiv Media told Progressive Grocer. "We're leading the way in helping brand marketers take advantage of new opportunities in mobile and in-store media. We're reaching consumers with self-service solutions and targeted information that impacts their buying decisions when they're most receptive, and in turn, dramatically impacting share of wallet for our retail customers. With our experience, technology and partner network, we're making the new retail shopping experience a reality."

Modiv Media seeks to benefit brand marketers, retailers, and consumers alike. Its platform was designed to help brand marketers deliver relevant coupons and offers to shoppers in real-time, based on shoppers' historic, present, and anticipated buying choices by leveraging shopping information and a coordinated network of delivery agents - such as handheld and cart-mounted shopping assistants, kiosks, store displays, cell phones, and the Web.

To better serve retailers, Modiv Media has added James K. Rojas, e.v.p., shared services for Ahold USA to its board of directors.

To help Modiv Media stay at the cutting edge of digital marketing, it named Paul Schaut, former c.e.o. of Engage, as chairman of its board of directors. Schaut is an engaged board director for several digital and mobile marketing companies with more than 23 years of sales, marketing, and executive management experience.

Modiv Media customer Ring Bros. Marketplace will demonstrate its use of the vendor's mobile marketing solution during a Progressive Grocer workshop held Wednesday at the ERI eXchange conference and expo here Wednesday.
