Meijer Extends Gas Rebate
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Meijer here has extended a gasoline rebate program through the end of the summer in its 11 greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky stores.
The family-held retailer's program, which provides a $1 gas coupon for use at its seven Cincy-area stores with every $25 purchase, has already pumped some 300,000 gallons of gasoline for consumers thus far this summer. The program was originally scheduled to end July 7 but will now be in effect through Sept. 15, according to local reports.
