Mayfield Dairy's Moving Billboard Wins Fleet Competition

ATHENS, Tenn. -- For the third time, Mayfield Dairy Farms was among the top award winners of a national competition for outstanding fleet graphics. This year Mayfield's vehicle design garnered the third-place day category award -- designed for daylight visibility -- with its "More Good Stuff" tractor/trailer design.

"We like to give the driving public something to crave," said Mark Stiles, director, fleet, facilities, and equipment, for Mayfield Dairy Farms. "In addition to our classic yellow-vehicle design, we like to mix things up with very lively images of delicious ice cream or milk -- something that's appealing and fun, a head turner."

The awards, sponsored by Commercial Carrier Journal and the National Private Truck Council (NPTC), is open to all fleets and recognizes creative graphic design, color, and general appearance. Awards are presented for outstanding fleet graphic design in day and night categories at NPTC's Annual Education/Management Conference.

Mayfield Dairy Farms serves nine Southeastern states with a full line of milk, cultured, and ice cream products.
