Love's Recognized as LearningElite Organization

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is being recognized for its workplace development practices, earning high marks for the second consecutive year.

The Oklahoma City-based company has been named a Bronze LearningElite organization for 2014 by Chief Learning Officer magazine. Love's was singled out for creating and implementing exemplary workforce development practices that deliver measurable business value, ranking No. 43 in a field of more than 200 companies participating in the annual benchmarking program.

Love's is the only gas and retail company to be honored with this award. It is the second straight year the travel stop operator has earned a spot in the top 50.

Love's learning partner is Reliant, a Tulsa, Okla.-based talent management solutions company. Reliant has been the provider and a development partner for Love's talent management suite (TMS) since 2007. The Reliant TMS includes integrated modules for Learning/Training Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Social Learning, Mystery Shopper Inspections and a Knowledge Base Library.

LearningElite is a peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program developed in collaboration with chief learning officers and senior workforce development practitioners.
