Lindt, Federer Make ‘the Perfect Match’
Roger Federer may be a legend on the tennis courts, but the partnership of the Swiss champion athlete and premium Swiss chocolatier Lindt extends beyond the sport. The compatriots have teamed up for “The Perfect Match” sweepstakes, an online game offering consumers the chance to win a variety of premium chocolate prizes and even meet Federer, the company’s freshly minted global brand ambassador.
Through Sept. 12, consumers can visit Lindt.com to match different flavors of Lindt’s Lindor Truffles, for the opportunity to win such daily prizes as Lindt Chocolate gift cards ($25-$100 value), gift baskets of premium Lindt products, Lindor Truffle gift towers, and Nike duffle bags signed by Federer and filled with Lindor Truffles. Five players will receive a three-day trip for two to New York, where they can watch Federer play at a major tennis event. Additionally, all players will be entered into the grand-prize sweepstakes for a chance to win a three-day trip for two to Zurich to visit Lindt’s world headquarters. During the trip, the winner will meet Federer and get a personalized tour of the Lindt & Sprungli chocolate plant.
