Containing 25 percent less sodium, the new cheeses can be used for both cooking and snacking. The six new varieties are Colby Jack slices, Provolone slices, Colby Jack snack sticks, String snacks, Mild Cheddar shredded cheese and Mozzarella shredded cheese.
