Kroger Names Michigan VPs

CINCINNATI -- The Kroger Co. here has named two vice presidents to take charge of its Michigan operations: David Brislin, most recently v.p./human resources at the retailer's corporate headquarters, has been named v.p./operations; and Joe Fey, most recently v.p./merchandising for Kroger's Kansas-based Dillon's division since 1999, will serve in the same capacity at the chain's Novi, Mich. headquarters.

Kroger reestablished its Michigan division in September, after acquiring 20 former Farmer Jack locations in June. The division now oversees operations for 138 stores in the state.
