Kale Color Crunch, a multi-use vegetable salad blend by Church Brothers, includes Rainbow kale, Brussels sprouts, Napa and red cabbage, Radiccio and carrots, offering consumers a healthy option with a vibrant color pallet.
The new six-component salad blend for foodservice debuted at PMA's recent Fresh Summit in Atlanta, along with additional items in the company's eco-friendly, sustainably farmed product line, including second crop baby chards and spinach, which uses 50 percent less water to grow.
