Ingles Launches Savings and Rewards Card
ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Ingles Markets has introduced the "Ingles Advantage" Savings and Rewards Card, which entitles card members to discounts throughout the store.
In addition, the Ingles Advantage card will be used to reward schools by donating equipment in Ingles Tools for Schools program. Ingles customers may designate a school participating in the Tools for Schools program, and each time a customer shops using their Ingles Advantage card, the schools will receive credit towards the purchase of school equipment.
Ingles customers may also use their Ingles Advantage card to provide college education savings for children under a partnership between Ingles and Upromise.
"This is a new and exciting marketing direction for our company," said Tom Outlaw, VP of sales and marketing. "The Ingles Advantage Card will help us to better reward our loyal customers and enable us to tailor our marketing to each customer's needs."
Other rewards customers can expect from being an Ingles Advantage shopper include the chance to win a free Butterball turkey, automatic entry into giveaways of a new 2004 Saturn VUE SUV car, and four $2,000 furniture shopping sprees.
