Through Sept. 30, consumers can visit www.IlGiardinoCheese.com to find a broad selection of recipes, serving suggestions, and wine pairings created to complement the flavors of DCI’s il Giardino line of Italian cheeses, which is available in bulk and retail sizes. While on the website, shoppers can also enter the contest for a chance to win a one-year membership to The Wine of the Month Club.

In-store shelf talkers with tear pads featuring a coupon for il Giardino cheeses are now at participating retailers, and consumers with smartphones can connect directly to the site via the promotional displays’ QR (quick response) code to access the online entry form or view recipes and wine pairings.

“Nothing goes better with great Italian cheese than great Italian wine,” noted Katie Jury, marketing manager at Richfield, Wis.-based DCI. “We designed this promotion to make the pairing process as easy as possible for consumers, allowing them to enjoy the flavors of Italy without the stress of finding the perfect pair.”
