The Idaho Potato Commission said it has overhauled its Web site to make it easier to navigate, with all of the most trafficked and requested pages up front.
The home page is devoted to consumers and chefs, who can choose from some 300 recipes gathered from home, restaurant, and institutional chefs.
The site further features ample cooking techniques and recipe demonstrations that can be viewed online. The short videos can be viewed by clicking on the Spud Flix, “Now Playing,” button on every landing page of the site. The inventory of more than 20 videos also includes previous and current Idaho Potato advertising commercials, as well as harvest footage.
Clip art is also available in downloadable formats for retailers and partners running Idaho Potato themed promotions, as well as visual photos and descriptions of Idaho Potato varieties including russets, red and yellow flesh and fingerling potatoes.
