House Foods Touts Tofu with Winner of 'MasterChef Junior'

The House Foods brand has unveiled a partnership with Alexander Weiss, season one winner of Fox's competition series, "MasterChef Junior."

Weiss will create signature recipes, make appearances at events and provide his expertise on food, flavors and making simple and satisfying dishes, particularly with tofu.

“The familiarity with tofu has grown in the U.S., but we know there are still home cooks who are unsure about how to work tofu’s different textures and types," said Yoko DiFrancia, manager, PR & marketing for California-based House Foods. "Alexander is the perfect partner to help us spread the word to our family demographic.”
